Many, many. Caesar was a family name in the Roman empire. The myth is that the Caesar family were the descendants of Venus, the goddess of love.
The two mostly commonly know are Julius Caesar, Augustus Caesar, who was related to Julius. The Augustus is a title the guys real name was Octavian

Caesar like in decedents of Julius Caesar or do you mean Caesar as in the title bestowed on the emperors of the Roman Empire?

caesar was first an individual named julius. others called themselves caesar but as an honorific, not a name. it was meant to be used as the name of the emperor of the roman empire of whom julius was the first.
