Monday= Moon's day
Wednesday, in romance languages, called variants of the word "miercoles"= Woden's or Odin's day (god of the hunt) or Mars' day
Thursday= Thor's day (Viking god of thunder/sky)
Friday= Frigga's / Freya's day (viking goddess of the sky
Saturday= Saturn's day
