eyeliner and mascara?

what is the best black eyeliner that doesn't smudge and the best mascara to make my eyelashes look thick and long?

Smudged liner is usually because people rub their eyes. It won't smudge very much on its own if its applied correctly.
But if you're putting on too much and it's too thick, it can't stick to the skin very well.

Some things to try:
Before you line your eyes, use a little face powder over the lid (or a soft eyeshadow) to blot up any moisture or oil. That could be what's causing it to smudge.
Instead of using an eyeliner, try black or charcoal eye shadow and line your eyes using a lipliner brush. Its a softer look, and won't smudge so much.

Mascara - go for a non-clumping brand that says it lengthens. You will have to try a few to find out which one works best for you - I tried about 8 different brands and types before I found the one I like the best (NAO Cosmetics smudgeproof mascara in Carbon).

a million- Eyeliner & Mascara- even although i appreciate eyeshadow, eyeliner quite transforms your seem straight away! Eyeliner can make your eyes seem larger and brighter and would even provide the phantasm of changing your eye structure. Eyeliner shall we your eyes stand out a lot more effective vs. eyeshadow. the in basic terms component is it could be diffucult getting achieved the artwork of eyeliner and the position you may want to placed it (higher lash line, bottom lash line, waterline) yet once you study that is suitable ! also eyeliner can make your seem more effective dramatic and edgy or perhaps more effective polished and prepare. #2- I certainly trust you: Mascara! It substances definition, frames your eyes in a way eyeliner can't. It seems a lot more effective organic, and that i'd particularly have finished and lengthy lashes particularly than lining my eyes. only a makeup lover's opinion ! (:

Eyeliner= Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eyeliner in Blackest Black. Or, if you prefer pencil, MAC pencil eyeliner in "Engraved." If you want a lower cost pencil liner, try Wet N Wild.My favorite mascara is by MAC...or for a cheaper version, try Almay (any kind)!

And by the way, unlike Covergirl, Max Factor, or Loreal.....Almay, MAC, Revlon, and Wet N Wild are all not tested on animals. Be beautiful and compassionate at the same time :0)

the best way i've found is instead of using actual eye liner is to get a black eyeshadow and an angle make-up brush and apply cloes 2 yr eyes. it works pretty good. i would suggest really any mascara that says X-volume on it for mascara, but to b specific definatly go with covergirl or maybelline. hope this helps ya. :)

all i no is that clear mascara is brilliant i use it all the time any brand will work but i luv it !!

but go 2 a shop called gloss its the best has the best brands like chichi and model co and u will find the clear mascara there the shop is great 2
