whats the band that the other 2 members from blink 182 created?

i know the one created angels and airwaves but whats the other one that the drummer and other singer created, oh and why did blink 182 break up anyway?

Mark & Travis formed the new band +44. Blink 182 split up because Tom didn't want to continue with the band, so the other two started up a new band. Travis was also in the band The Transplants. & Tom's new band is called Angels & Airwaves.
