ummm, this is a HORRIBLE idea.... but ok, go to START- SEARCH, and search by date... delete the files you don't want.

If you're using Windows XP Home or Professional, from your desktop, click on "Start", "Programs", "Accessories", "System tools", and on that menu you'll see "Restore". Once inside, just choose one of the dates on the calender that's in BOLD print and follow thru at the prompts. It will take awhile for it to do it so be patient. if you have windows XP...go to the start menu and click on Help and Support and then go under pick a task in the right hand column and click on "undo changes to your computer with system restore".
If you have a different operating system...I can't help you there.

If you have windows xp then all you have to do is click Start go to All Programs then Accesories then System tools then Click on System Restore. It will only allow you to go back so far.

System Restore. If you have click start menu then hold mouse on all programs, then move up to accessories and from there go to system tools and click on system restore.

If you have windows - go start>all programs>accessories>system restore
If you have it turned on, choose the date, and you can restore it back to the state on that date
