If you want help, you will visit your doctor right away - or at least call a 24 hour nursing help line or something. The chances of you getting a diagnosis from an actual doctor on this site is practically nil

Internal bleeding can cause many symptoms. Sometimes pain will occur especially if blood volume presses on an organ or other structure. As you lose blood internally you can start to feel dizzy due to lack of red blood cells to carry oxygen to the brain. This can also cause weakness.
Feeling cold or becoming pale in color are also indicators.

Clinically as you bleed your heart rate will increase and your blood pressure may drop. If you feel you are bleeding internally you have a potentially life threatening problem. See your doctor or go to the ER immediately.

Hmm, tricky. Internal bleeding would cause you to feel bloated or your belly would feel firm. You might feel pian if the blood is pooling around intestines. You might also feel tired as your circulating blood volume decreased. As blood volume drops, an increase in pulse pressure occurs. This means that the difference between the top and bottom numbers in a blood pressure gets bigger. Late signs of bleeding are an increase in heart rate and respiratory rate, and an overall decrease in blood pressure. If you're concerned, please go see a doctor. Be safe.

I think you have nothing to worry about. Many medications have to list their possible side effects. Most of the time, if medication is take more long term and more doses than normal is when side effects would occur. Good luck, and if your symptoms don't subside within a few days, or worsen.....go see your doctor!
