between a hardcore kid and a scene kid?

i know there deffrent. but its kind of a fine line...kind of.

I understand the difference to be that hardcore kids are this way all the time, scene kids are going with the trend at the time.

I have two teenage daughters and I think I have one of each... maybe.

I guarantee you that the difference is too slight to be uniform accross the country, so you're going to get alot of different answers. You need to ask someone in your city or area, but even then it wont be exact. One thing for sure is that there is not really a scene genre of music but there is a hardcore one. Hardcore music is ultra simple metal. Scene kids may listen to emo, indie, screamo, acoustic or even folk music. Hardcore kids are generally straightedge, scene kids may or may not be.
All the small stuff is probably different everywhere you go.

A scene kid refers to the one in a movie.

And a hardcare subject is someone who does extreme sex acts!
