When going to the beach or swimming pool, do you need sandals? If you think so which brand is most comfortable? Also I want to swim as an excersize. Where can I find a place in my county with a public pool. I can be very self-concious, cause i have kind of a gut, and some fat in my chest area.

If you are near Rockville Maryland, The Montgomery Aquatic Center is an AMAZING pool. they have one 100m pool that they split into two seperate areas. I used to dive there and loved it. The changing rooms are really well equiped and its a very nice enviroment. If you live closer to Prince Georges county Martin Luther King Rec. Center is in that area. A smaller pool but still nice. There are quite a few others as well but I have not personally been to any of these. This webpage lists all of them.
As for sandals, I love Adidas slip on sandals. The white and black striped ones. They are pretty cheap and last FOREVER. Ive had mine for about 6 years now. Hope this all helps!

It depends what country you live in and where you live in that country. Look through the yellow pages and find a public pool closest to you. About the sandals, I have flip-flops that are called champion. They are really comfortable and I always wear them when I go to the pool or beach. They are white and red. If I were you, I would look for them in your area.
