I assume, despite your name, that you're a girl. (Only girls can be lesbians -- now isn't that arrant sexism?)
Women are socially permitted to be more touchy-feely with each other than guys are, but you might try a rule Voltaire told about. Two guys went to a bull-ring camp (house of male prostitution, if you haven't heard the expression before) just to say they had tried swinging that way once. Couple of weeks later one confessed to the other that he'd gone back for seconds.
"Ah!" said his friend. "Try it once, you're a wise philosopher. Try it twice, you're queer."
All kinds of things can happen when friends get excited. One time doesn't make either of you lesbian. (You may qualify as bisexual who knows -- except you, that is?)
