Whenever I'm nervous, my fingers get cold. . .help!?

I play the saxophone, and whenever I have auditions, my fingers get cold, a sypmton of just getting nervous. Any ides to help me?

I don't know if they have underarmor gloves but if they did I would get a pair if I was you.
