Trust me the silent treatment works the best you don't want to fight anyway, and when he asks you what is wrong just tell him he needs some miodol because he is having mood swings.

I don't think he's the only one. I know some who have their time of the month just like women do. My husband is grumpy all the time and testy, so I can't say for sure, but I believe that just because they don't bleed doesn't mean they don't get PMS!

Don't allow him to be short with you. Call him on it, each and every time. Tell him he should speak to you like that, or whatever and stick to your guns - and that includes the way you speak to him too!
