Home made leek & potatoe soup. I know it sounds stupid, but when I make it, it's like seven meals in one. It's from my mother's recepie and it is absolutely fantastic. It takes about seven hours just to prepare the vegetables (it's not just leek and potatoe). You have to make a huge batch of it though, or it's just not worth the time and energy.
I normally follow it up with home made colcannon, aubergine slices with melted cheese, cauliflower cheese and mixed vegetables. All home made. It just tastes better than anything you can buy in a shop.

Pasticio, Tyropita, Spanikopita, Dolmaldes in lemon sauce, fresh green beans and a Greek salad.

Egg in the hole in the bread. you rip a hole in the middle of a piece of bread and fry an egg in it.
I also make some mean Ramen noodles.
My wife does the most of the cooking.
but I also make so really good stuffed freanch toast, with raspberries and chocolate.

Pizza Lasagna
With layers of pepperoni, canadian ham, crumbled bacon, 4 different shredded cheeses, sweet italian sausage sliced thin, and topped with mozzerella cheese and chunks of italian sausage (but no manacotti cheese, it's nasty, and instead of tomato sauce or tomato paste I use pizza sauce) layered between the lasagna noodles.
