No. It is the same woman from the last episode.
If you are asking if she is supposedly adopted the answer is yes.

I know I shouldn't be answering this b/c they haven't showed Heroes on the west coast yet, but I will be watching for it tonight!!!!

what do you mean does she have a new mom, her adopted dad hiered ppl to act as her biological parents but you find out theyre fake and in today's episode they dont even show her parents
