A friend of mine uses an Indica Xeta GLS. He has a driver, and does most of his travel at peak bangalore traffic with the A/C on. He gets about 10~11kmpl, which is good under the circumstances.

The car is great to drive. it is a little slow off the blocks, but at about 2000 rpm and between 2nd and 3rd gear, the full power kicks in, and it is great to drive. The only car that is better to drive in this size is the Swift, but it is both more expensive and less practical
