How do I make it so that every time I click on a link it will not open up a new window?

Control Panel, Folders, under General, middle of menu.

If you use firefox: go to tools>options>tabs and click force links that open in new windows to open in>a new tab

If you use internet explorer: get firefox, ie is a piece of crap security hole.
