only 40-60% actually go vote that is so sad and disrespectful to the people who fought for the right to vote.

HE (sorrry Hilary) is elected by a SECRET GROUP of MEN called the Electoral College. No one knows who they are, where they are, where this "college" is and how you get into it. THEY decide who is the President.
