How about child abuse or child discipline when should the government get involved to what degree.
If I kick my kid's butt to the extent that I leave a mark on his body I go to jail, at the same time my kid burns my next door neighbors house I am responsible.
I believe government gets involved too much as is right now maybe this is why we have kids killing in schools or having babies while 13 years old
