Im 26 and I can go 6 months without having a period is that bad? I already have had 3 children and it got worse after my third child. I have taken progestrin to start it. It works for that month than Im back to the same thing. I get really bad cramps and back pain but my period never comes is this normal?

This happened to me also, although I never went 6 months. You need to talk to your OB/GYN. The pain is your body's indicator that something is wrong. For me personally, it was endometriosis. Your dr. can do some simple tests (ultrasound, CAT scan, laproscopic exploritory surgery, really not bad, I was back to work the next day) to try and find out why this is happening to you. Mine also got worse after my second child (my last). I would suggest going to your dr. There are so many things that can go wrong with a female's organs, it is nothing to play around with. Good Luck.

No, it's not normal. You should see your doctor. She may reccomend that you start taking the birth control pill. Your periods will become regular and lighter without the cramps. She may also want to check you out for certain disorders like endometriosis.

When did you have your last pelvic exam? Sounds like a hormonal issue that a gym physician can handle if you consistently see the doctor. You need to see one and have follow up appointments until the problem is resolved.
