That depends on who you ask. Some people who make $80,000 a year consider themselves "middle class." But I would beg to differ.

Moderate where ? Dayton, Ohio ? San Francisco ? Houston ? New York ?
As cost of living varies widely, the 'moderate' level is wide ranging. $50K is good $$ in Dayton, but not quite enough to get by on in San Francisco.

depends where u live and the wealth of the people around u. the per capita income of the usa is $45000 even though some places its $20000 or $150000.it really depends
