White page when opening a yahoo game room?

Question

Everything was fine then suddenly no one could see my text in the game room. I could see my words and everyone elses too, it looked normal. I uninstalled / reinstalled java, both Sun and VM but then got a blank white page when attempting to open the room. I reinstalled IE, still the white page. I tried a restore, no help. I cleared my cache and deleted the Yahoo game files in temp files, no help. What is wrong and how can I fix it? I don't know what to try next.

try doing this;
1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box. once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area. this also gets rid of the big ads. if this doesn't fix the problem,doing this should.these are the settings i use to get into games,
If java is launching your games The coffee cup logo while loading. Go to start button, settings, go to control panel open internet options. advance tab,scroll down and see if msn VM is listed,if so, unclick the 2 java listed. Make sure JIT is checked, click apply then ok. This lets msn vm launch games. this will SPEED UP game loading time. i play games about every night with no problems using these settings.
