Can I use my atm card with the cirrus logo in Amsterdam?

Yes, all bank atms are cirrus. I have never had any problems using my bank cards at dutch atms.

I'm Dutch. Yes, you cirrus ATM card will work on most (if not all) ATMs all over The Netherlands, including Amsterdam.

Yes, you can use it in ATM machines to get cash.
But it will not work on the network that allows locals to pay with their "pin" or "chip" in shops, you'll have to use cash or credit cards (if accepted) there.
