I'll be there between18 and 25 of November, I'm going to see ancient things etc, but I'm more interesting about amazing, crazy, stupid places, good food and places to take nice pictures, thx , bart

the anceint ruins , but in town there is a place that specializes in making turkish delights

On top of the local/ancient scenery, you should not miss the weekly market up town.. as far as I remember its on Wednesdays. Also take a jeep-safari through the Akamas peninsular driving up to the baths of Aphrodite near the town of Latsi (do not drive a rental jeep yourselves if there is the slightest chance of rain!!!), it is very tricky road. Visiting the landing beach of Aphrodite, try the food in the restaurant uphill with a beautiful sight on this scenery. Have a look at my pictures:

I would definately go to Akamas. Visit the turtle beach at Lara. Fontana Amorosa. Spend a night at a monastery like the Chrysoroyiatissa. They have these safari tours that seem to please tourists and irritate locals. Bunch of land rovers speeding like crazy through the mountains.
