I want a good brand of liquid eye liner that won't run, and looks professional

clinique! go into a department store and talk to one of the make up experts at the cinique counter and they will figure out what looks faboulous on you!

NYX and Milani are both very long wearing. Milani's super waterproof, it's hard to get off. NYX isn't quite as waterproof, but has a larger selection of colors. They're both pretty cheap. Of course, Lime Crime has some awesome new shades of liquid liner (orange!) I personally am just not a fan of the company so I haven't tried any, though all reviews I've seen of their liquid liners were positive.

Yout put it on with a fine brush, and it stays on all day. It's similar to liquid eyeliners, but I like the feel much better -- it's not as wet.

L'oreal. It has good staying power. Even stays on during a work-out. I like the built in applicator that lets you apply it like a felt-tipped pen. It's not expensive and you can get it at a grocery store or drug store.
