I suppose you need the second factor of this polynomial. In order to get the answer, we have to factorise the polynomial.
6a^2 - 5a + 1 = 6a^2 -3a - 2a + 1
= 3a(2a - 1) -1(2a -1)
= (3a -1)(2a - 1)
The answer is 2a - 1
