Himself. :-) Just kidding. Depending on how old the child was they may have been too busy trying to find food and shelter and survive the plague to play. But I would think they climbed trees and played with other kids. I am sure there were wooden toys such as soldiers. I know they had dolls.

My name is Jim.

Children in the 14th Century were no different than children of today. They played with toys that copied grown-up life. Our children play with toy guns, those children played with sticks pretending they were swords. Balls were not uncommon either. Little girls did have pretend or made-up dolls (mostly homemade).

hoops that bound handmade buckets and kegs were made from "oak withies"!these could be spun with a stick and run down a path,up into the air or spun around the stick!! a handle hand-held catcher could impale an attached loop of wood or holed piece!!a sling of leather or twine could be used to develop marksmanship and coordination and catch you dinner of small game with proficiency!!building and setting traps for rabits and game birds developed skills that could make a child self-sufficient later in life!!

A stick, ball of twine, maybe a straw doll. Everything would have been hand made.
