how to meet players when going to staples center?los angeles, nba.?

im planning on going to several clippers and laker games and i was wondering whats the best chance in meeting the players. im not gonna have the best seats so theres no possibility in meetting them that way. but yeah. how bout if i go to the opposing teams hotel. what time should i be there around?just any way to meet the players..any ideas appreciated!thanks

I have season tickets and used to work at Staples Center.

If you do not have seats in the 100 section near the player entrances, you will NOT get anywhere near them. Waiting by the player exit, from UNDER the stadium near the Convention Center may help you get a Laker or Clipper heading in or out... but they stop far less often than they used to.

IF you can find out what hotel your team is staying at... you MAY have a chance. BUT, this can be tough. Basketball teams do not stay in town for a few days like baseball teams do.

you can run out onto the court and get 15 minutes of fame and be on sportscenter the next day, but, there is the big risk of getting arrested and being banned from staples center. GOOD LUCK!!!

Goin to the hotels is kinda stalker-ish...Stay to the end of the game, and hope it's a blowout...move down to the rows by the benches (Ask the person there "Is there anyone sitting here"). And then try calling their names. Don't ask anything stupid though. Good Luck!
