how do I calculate the new price if the old price is:

Start with 100%. To decrease the price by 7.5% you would multiply by (100 - 7.5)% = 92.5% or 0.925

$17 * 0.925 = $15.73
$25.50 * 0.925 = $23.59
$16 * 0.925 = $14.80
$360 * 0.925 = $333.00
