Just one? Then that one would have to be Benjamin Franklin. He was arguably one of the most brilliant minds of the 18th century, and I am sure he would have some interesting commentary about the world today. And I am sure he would make an extremely interesting dinner companion, considering that he could hold his own in any topic of conversation.
