How do you get blacklisted and do they tell you if you are?

I just weant to know if that is why I can't get a job I doubt it I am paranoid.

Sometimes when you apply for a job..since your previous employment will have to appear on your C.V....so the company where you are applying now will simply contact your past employer and will ask about you...maybe if you did something wrong previously it will affect your application now...
