I have a major science report due Wed.It's worth 5 grade and progress reports come out this Friday too. I've tried searching the web but almost nothing comes up becides spam sites,and I really need some help. So could you all give me you thought of wheather or not it grows faster. Oh and maby some good homework hints.
Oh and F.Y.I. it has to be given orally and on paper. Thank You!

no it does not make them grow faster, it pollutes the soil. below are some links that explains, but you need to read down a ways to find your info. gl, hope this helps!!!

If you can find nothing else, this may help. In Hawaii, sugar cane is stressed by withholding water in the last stages of its ripening. Apparently this makes the cane think hard times are coming, and it produces more sugar.

I learned this from the chief engineer of the Puunene mill of HC&S Sugar on Maui.
