Does anyone know if you get to keep the downloaded songs if you uninstall limewire?

Yes you do but for safety just move the files out of your shared folder if you have any in there.

Yes, you can. I just uninstalled limewire a few days ago. I heard that they were caught doing the song downloading thing. So i uninstalled it when my friend told me. just make sure you don't delete the file that contains all the songs you had from limewire. You should copy and paste the file with all your songs to another place, just in case. (:

you have to send the songs to your documents. then u can uninstall limewire. other wise yeah they will go wit the program

After you download a song on Lime Wire, first scan with Anti virus, then store it in Multimedia Library, or I Tunes.

ya but some times u have 2 have a license 2 listen 2 the somgs.
just make sure u don't delete the songs after u down load them. save them on windows media player then delete them. good luck!

hmm...first u must get a winamp....then u adjust the option in the limewire.......in the share folder.....then try to download again the song...... good luck !! btw....the file will be change as a winamp file when it save to ur comp....

u maybe have to move the songs to a different folder or for example like a usb drive or a disc

Yes you can as long as you drag and drop them into another folder. And if you are reinstalling your whole computer then just burn them to cd. it is that easy. good luck.

yes you get to keep the songs, if your worried about losing them burn a CD
