I've had a total of 3 jobs this year. One was a temporary contract position I did for 6 months, then I got offered a permanent opportunity at another location only to lose it when the accounts manager I was working under as an assistant decided to quit after two months. After that I was out of work for three months until I was able to find yet another position as a Receptionist in a small real estate company for four months. Yet due to heavy (very heavy, as in talk of the act with me and me being the "sexy secretary") sexual harassment, I am once again back to finding a job. I have so much potential and a lot to offer, but I've been dealt a ton of bad cards this year. Is there any way to make my resume show that I have gained experience from these jobs and not look like a hopper? What do I say to a potential employer that I am looking for an permanent opportunity and really eager to try even though my resume dateline does not show that.

With three jobs it does look like a job hopper..I worked in HR for many years and when I see that I pass and go to the next resume.. As for the Temp Job, that is okay as long as you state it was a temp job..For the second job, and third job..You can post the 2nd job and state you were layed off..As for the third job keep it off the resume..

1) If there was harassment you should go to the labour board.

2) Just say you went back to school for the last year after the contract position, and use the contrract job as your reference.

It sounds like you have been having bad luck with your job,and none of it seems to be because you can't keep a job. I'm sure that people overlook this kind of thing.

just say that you are looking for the perfect company to work for, and you didn't find that in your last three jobs, and if you really want the job when being interviewed tell them you are shure their company is the perfect match

Yes they can. Start with the temp agencies.
