Technically, yes. The Clash, although started as a England-Based Punk band, n which inspired some of the greater punk muscians, theysold out in the later 70's, to play more pop-like music that started a new trend with that sound. I'd say "London Calling" was the album in which they transsfered slightly to Pop. Remember, "pop" is just what was very popular, and could not be classified in any other genre at the time!

Hello. Well not exactly pop, but rock n roll. It was a group formed by Colin Chisholm (singer), Jimmy Devlin (bassist), Gordon Liddle (drummer), Brian Spence (guitarist), and Gordon McIntosh (guitarist). There never released albums at all but issued a few singles. Regards!!!
