If your chain is streched, I would just get a new one.
The chain is already streched out, it won't last to long.
But like most guys I ride with they're lazy, so before you take the chain off, look and see how many links needs to come off by pulling the chain tight. You need a rivet remover to pop links off.

--At the very rear of the swing arm - there are 2 pinch bolts.
--Loosen them.
--That part of the swing arm keeps the bearing housing (the axle goes through it) from spinning.
--Rotate the bearing housing to adjust the chain tension.
--The chain slack is 40-50mm (1&1/2" - 2")
-- Check the chain slack at the middle of the chain between the R axle and counter shaft (F sprocket).
--The counter shaft, swing arm pivot bolt and R axle should all be lined up with each other).
--Lift the chain up and put a ruller at the pin of one of the chain link pins.
--Measure from that spot, while pushing the chain down, to the pin of the chain link.
