how do you remove music from your ipod?

my old ipod is being brought back to the store because the wheel isnt working and i'm getting a new ipod but i need to get all my music off of it cause a lot of it i got on my ipod from firends computers. help. where can i download the software that let sme take music off my ipod onto my computer?

literally impossible, sorry. I dont have an iPod but i think this should work. When u plug the iPod in, your computer would also recognized the iPod as a removable disk. Search in the new removable disk in your computer for music files. But i fear that they wouldn't be in mp3 format. U'll have to get all the songs from your friend if this wont work.

next to the music names on your library there must be a splash container with a tick in it. click the container and the tick will disappear. then on an analogous time as the ipod is expounded click on the tab which comes up on the area of your itunes window that publicizes the call of your ipod and on the fringe of the backside of the internet website there must be a container that publicizes sync in trouble-free words ticked products, and click that. choose it enables

I usually just use Winamp(a music player) to add/remove songs from my iPod. For that to happen, you need the ml_ipod plugin for it. Once installed, you can add and remove MP3 files from there.

Google up a program called SHAREPOD.

you delete the songs off itunes or uncheck them and it will take it off there when you update it

you go to the song and it will say delete in opsions and that should delete it
