Why is it that when someone who wears glasses all the time and when they take off their glasses they look weird?
Also why is it that peope who wear glasses all the time, that their eyes are a bit more popped out then other people who wear glasses?
Like me for instance.

You look weird to us because we're used to seeing your eyes through your prescription which distorts the real proportion of your eyes.
Also when you do take your glasses off your eyes seem to pop out more because you're actually holding your eye lids wider to get more visual input.

That's a little harsh. I wear glasses and my eyes don't pop out. And if it looks "weird" when I don't have my glasses on, maybe it's just because people have gotten used to seeing me in glasses. It's like when a guy grows a mustache or shaves one off. If you're used to something a certain way, it takes a little getting used to to see something different!

I think it's because you get accustomed to seeing someone in glasses for so long. Once they aren't wearing glasses, they look different, but then you get used to seeing them without glasses.

As for the eyes looking like they are popped out...it's probably just an illusion from the lenses. I've never noticed this, though.

I agree with the second answer but if its something you really want to do then i guess do it. You can go to ross or tj max and they will have, should have, cute stuff. If you know what you like at hollister and A&E you should be able to pick out things that are similar. For accessories i go to target or ross, they generally have some cute purses, sun glasses, and target has a lot of jewlery. Good Luck hope this helped. Ps I think the tomboy T is super cute!!! Dont worry about what those other girls say. you will always have haters, but dont let them win, be yourself!
