because i dont know how to burn my dvds to cd-r

you cant burn dvd's onto a cd-r you need a dvd-r

Ok, you can't burn DVD's to CD-R's you must buy the correct discs, because DVD's have a different file type, i would try searching on yahoo search for a DVD burner prgram or try www.downloads.com to look for one. You must buy the DVD type of discs from the store like Best Buy or Compusa. Usually Office Depot has great deals and rebates on DVD's. Hope that helped!

you mean burn as a vcd format cd or just normal file format like rm, avi, divx? use software like sonic record now, they will be able to help you
