if yuo studt the pulleys and tensioners you will notice that some have groves abd some are smooth. the belt goes around the groved pulleys and the smooth tensioners go on the outside of the belt. inside the belt has grooves, outside is smooth. match grooves to grooves and smooth to smooth. it all works oyut. if the belt appears too big you missed something somewhere.
