it could be the baby moving, but how long has it lasted?? if it's been all day, you might want to see a doctor. Never take any chances.

I would go to the hospital to get checked. Im 19 weeks with my 4th baby and I have never experienced cramps before. Go to make sure everything is ok.

Answer n#1 is a good answer seeing your doctor will also help ease your mind... and sometimes cramping is normal ( Braxton hicks ) can happen at anytime during the pregnancy- if spotting or bleeding occurs with your cramping then see a doctor asap.

Typically you should of stopped the "growing cramps" long ago. I think it would be in the babies best interest to go get checked out, it may be nothing, but would at least put your mind at ease. Good luck!

Cramping should not be like period cramps. Call your OB/GYN's office. They should have an answering service and a doctor on call that can let you know what you should do.

Whenever you are pregnant it is always best to see a doctor regularly to ensure that you and your baby are both doing okay. No, I have four children and I never had cramps while I was pregnant with any of them.
