It goes into the small intestines which absorbs it into the bloodstream

It's absorbed by the body. Some in the stomach, most in the small intestine.

It will pass through your small intestine where it is absorbed into your body,, through your liver where it is metabolized., any of it not used or any byproduct of the drug goes through the kidneys to be filtered and if any is left, out of the body via the kidneys
