Hands down, no one makes a higher quality purse than LV. The leather handle on my new Dior is chipping. It would never happen with louis vuitton, and their bags never go on sale. Make sure you get it at a LV store.

Good leather ones and I prefer that to any fabric or vinyl, and the prices I found the best where I can see them are:
T J Maxx
and Marshall's
They both have online, but there's something about seeing the sale items and comparing them in person!
