From Microsoft Windows Update.
In Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" / "Windows Update". And let it do its thing.
Best to you.

I'll assume your talking about Service Pack 2 for XP. Its best to have the entire package before trying to install it instead of using the web update. Go to the Microsoft web site and do a search for XP Service Pack 2, here's the link:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx
then select "Download and deploy SP2 to multiple computers", download the entire package and run it.

Do you mean service pack 2 for Windows XP? If so, I recommend 2 options:
1. Download from Microsoft's website. (http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx)
2. Order it free from Microsoft. (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp2/cdorder/en_us/default.mspx)

The Microsoft download site (Windows Update) will have it ready to be downloaded and installed in your XP PC. Just follow its directions.
