I was able to free them up and they work fine. Also, the parking brake lever doesn't move - frozen somewhere. The park brake light was on initially but went off after a few seconds. When driving it sounds like the shoes are scraping the drum. I know they're supposed to touch, but should they scrape? Is the adjusting off somehow? I pushed that little curved/toothed tab all the way back when installing drum.
