i need some help with my cpo, is there anywhere i can get one free?

Depending on the State and County you're in. You can check on anyone who has been arrested in Sacramento County by going to the website for the Sacramento Court and type in his name. All cases associated with that person will pop up. Then you can go to the court house and ask for the file. It's free. But it also means you have to figure out all the counties he's lived in and go to the courthouse to pull each case. Not all counties have the information on line. but either way, most courthouses will have the information in some form. An arrest and charge is public information.

You may try your State Department of Corrections and see if anything come up, I not sure.

No. Information like that is both private and valuable, so you have to pay for it.
