Is that when 9/11 was planned ? Because of the democrats who signed a letter to Clinton over Saddam's WMD'S ? Democrats , like John Kerry ; Diane Feinstine ; Joe Lieberman ; Levin; Ford ; Lautenberg; Dodd ; Mikulski ;Daschle;Breaux; Landrieu; Kerrey and more .. According to democrat rationale , that must be the reason . What a load of nitwits and flip-floppers . I will stick with the Republicans who HAVE a plan and won't back down on national security . And the crazy thing is-Clinton almost did bomb Iraq just to distract his impeachment . What a guy ..

The letter is verifiable . It is from the Senate Committee on Armed Services to President Bill Clinton . WHAT ? Did your democrat leaders lie to you ? ??

This war is necessary and the Democratic leadership must know it they just know they can make their constituency angry using the war as a tool against the Republicans.

President Clinton will tel you that this never happened. However, when pressed, he will then say somthing like, I only did what I thought was good for America. Wwhendouble pressed he will become agitated and reply that you are playing the Republican blame game. The fact is, there were WMD's in Iraq during and after the Clinton reign, but were moved/hidden by the time 9/11 came around. After all, no country wanted to be associated with any type of WMD right after 9/11 because they knew that The Republican regime would not and did not play the cat and mouse games that Clinton played all during his 2 terms. Clinton wouldn't make a decision with first taking a look at the polls to see what the public sentiment was. Just for the record, public sentiment is not always the correct and right way to go. Remember, Jesus was crucified because Pilate gave into public sentiment and delivered Jesus to be crucified , while letting Barrabbas go.

Not sure what you mean by "is that when 911 was planned?". If you're assuming that Iraq was involved in 911, then you're totally wrong. The Bush Administration confirms this.

Attack Saddam. Sure. Clinton attacked him before after finding out they tried to assassinate Bush Sr. That was a success and Iraq never sponsored terrorism again and never threatened the US ever again. In 1998 we all believed he had WMD. But the democrats who pushed and probed for an attack weren't asking for invading Iraq. They wanted a similar response to Operation Desert Fox which is basically bomb the hell outta Iraq.

One thing you need to know is that Clinton had bombed Afghanistan to retaliate against the 1998 embassy bombings. The attack almost killed bin laden. If you remember Republicans were attacking President Clinton for shifting attention from the scandal (Wag the Dog). Republicans said Clinton was paying too much attention to bin Laden now ironically they are saying he didn't do enough. That should upset you because Clinton refuse to endure criticism from Republicans so he didn't continue to attack al qaeda.

President Clinton created a strong counter terrorism group in Washington which prevented al qadea from directly attacking the US. He asked for more funds to fight terrorism from the Republican-controlled Congress but Republicans rejected that. How does that make you feel about republicans?
