92 325is is randomly making three dinging sounds while driving?

I'm not sure why this is happening, but it's the same sounds as the car makes when you first start it. I just had the car serviced and it's leaking oil pretty badly now. Anyway, I'm wondering if the sounds it's making is related to a low oil warning or what it could mean?

Sounds like you've got a blown head gasket. Doesn't really sound good at all. Is it missing? Maybe a hole in a piston. Good luck.
