How do I activate Luxor 2? I purchased it on line last night and it wont activate?

I purchased Yahoo-Luxor 2 on line last night and it won't let me activate it. When I go into it, it says it is already running and I can't find where it is running. Please help me or send me to someone who can help.

There's a motel called Luxor, it's shaped like a pyramid and it's only about 70 bucks!
