Dear Orbitz Customer,

Thank you for contacting Orbitz.

In reviewing your 'My Trips' and our reservation system, I show that you have a credit for future travel applied to your canceled reservation titled 'Kingston 12/25/05' under the e-mail address
'aaa@yahoo.com'.

When using the credit, please contact us via phone at 1-888-656-4546 where our representative will assist you in purchasing a reservation with the credit earned.

Expect to pay $100 airline imposed change fee, $30 Orbitz service fee and any difference in airfare per ticket.

The credit can only be used upto one year from the original date of
purchase of the canceled reservation i.e. until November 21, 2006.

It seems as if someone, under the address 'aaa@yahoo' canceled the trip to Kingston. If it was you, why didn't you ask for a refund at that time?

I don't know what the policy is for some of the on-line travel agents, but the face to face agents I've used have refunded my money less "fees". Orbitz should have done the same, unless their policy is re-book versus refund.
