it does not. weather has nothing to do with the moon. especally last nights Beaver moon

Its a full moon night because you noticed the moon in the sky.
You noticed the moon in the sky because there is no cloud cover.
With no cloud cover, the earth looses heat (at night) and gets hot (during the day.) The inverse is true as well. But the big thing here is in the fact that its only a full moon out if you notice it. And you only notice it when your part of the earth is unblanketed by clouds and loosing heat fast.
