Okay, so im going to my prom this year & my boyfriend is steady talking about getting me a garter, but i dont get what it has to do with anything so im like very confused.

Because they're cool to have a a keepsake. Or, you can get one of those little flowery things you wear around your wrist (I forget what they are called ,lol!/I don't know how to spell it)

iv never heard of it for prom just weddings.. i wouldn't wear one for prom very uncomfortable!
